AAPC ICD-10-CM Template for 2021
Need help tabbing your manual? This easy-to-use template is created for use with the tabs included from the publisher; it helps you easily align your tabs–no more guessing which tab to use and no more overlapping.
Download the file and center the image before printing (use cardstock for the best results). Align the template with the top of the page you’re tabbing, allowing the black and white blocks to extend slightly past the edge of the page: 1) these blocks indicate where to place the tabs, and 2) the names of the corresponding tabs are right on the template for ease of use. There are a total of 60 tabs included with the 2021 manual, so there will be 3 rows of tabs in your book.
